All pre-order items will ship 3 weeks from order date. Standard international delivery in 3-5 business days. Local delivery in 1-3 business days.
It is possible to return or exchange any item ordered within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. BIIO is unable to offer return labels at this time thus cost of return lies with the customer. Products can be exchanged according to stock availability.
